No. Itinerary drafting and quoting is always free. We only request a deposit once you've accepted the proposal and we begin holding inventory.

Typically 30% of the total package value. The balance is due 7-14 days before departure depending on package type. We accept bank transfer in AED, USD, INR or LKR, plus credit/debit card payments (subject to a small processing fee for cards).

Bank transfer (preferred — no fee), credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), and in-branch cash payments at any of our 10 offices. Some Indian-based bookings can be paid in INR through our local accounts.

For trips booked more than 60 days out, yes — we can split the balance into two or three instalments. Speak to your consultant once the quote is confirmed.

Policy varies by package type. Select packages include free cancellation up to a stated window before departure. Activity-only bookings (Ain Dubai, Aquaventure) follow the venue's gate-level policy. Your consultant confirms the exact policy in writing before deposit.

Yes, subject to availability. Date changes more than 30 days out are usually free of charge (only hotel/flight rate differences apply). Closer to departure, supplier change fees may apply.

We re-book on the next available flight, often within the same alliance. Your consultant adjusts downstream airport transfers and hotel check-in. You don't manage any of it from the airport.

WhatsApp us as soon as possible. We follow standard supplier policies but we also escalate genuine emergencies (medical, bereavement) to our hotel and airline partners for goodwill refunds. Travel insurance covers many such cases — we recommend it on every booking.

Yes. Hotel bookings, flight itineraries and an "intent to travel" letter from us are included with every confirmed package — usable for visas applied directly through your country's consulate.

UAE tourist visas: 7-10 days before departure is safe. Schengen: at least 4 weeks. UK/US/Canada/Australia: 6-8 weeks. Our visa desk will give you a tighter timeline based on your nationality.

No problem — tell your driver-guide on the day. We don't issue refunds for skipped activities, but we'll happily suggest alternatives if there's a free morning.

All UAE driver-guides hold the DTCM Tour Guide Permit. Outside the UAE, guides are licensed under each country's tourism authority. We verify credentials annually.

Yes — Atlantis Aquaventure is explicitly built for families, and Dubai & Abu Dhabi packages can be adjusted for younger kids (e.g. swap desert safari for a shorter version). We arrange car seats, child-friendly meal stops and connecting hotel rooms on request.
